Rates:
Entire Lodge:
$350 per night, plus 4.5% Virginia sales tax
Great Room & Kitchen Day Rental:
$125 per day, Monday - Thursday only,
plus 4.5% Virginia sales tax
40 persons maximum

Discounts:
Full-week discount: Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free. No other discounts apply.

Reservation Policy:
Full payment required to conrm reservation within one month of arrival date; on reservations more than 1 month out, 1 night deposit required to hold reservation; balance required 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund (less $20 processing fee) if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. Holidays and race weekends require a 30-day cancellation notice for full refund. Guests responsible for all nights rented, regardless of actual stay.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Check in is 3 pm; Check out is 11 am. There will be an additional charge for early check in and late check out.
No pets.
No parking on grass; parking on gravel areas only.
Outdoor fires in grills only.
Lodge phone: local calls at no charge; long distance requires credit card or phone card.

Minimum stay not required, but this is subject to change during holidays, race weekends, and peak seasons.

Damage Deposit:
On all reservations paid by money orders or checks, a $100 refundable damage deposit or credit card number is required at the time of payment. On credit card payments, the credit card will be charged for any damages above "normal wear and tear" of the lodge and furnishings.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside building; smoking on front porch only; use containers provided. Any violation of smoking policy forfeits the $100 refundable damage deposit, and will incur a special $100 cleaning charge on credit card charges.

Bedrooms: all linens, extra blankets, pillows, spreads, clothes hangers, clock radio
Baths: towels, washcloths, bath mats, soap, paper products
Kitchen: automatic drip coffee pots (filters provided), double wide-slot toaster, can opener, microwave, regular size stove/oven, two mid-size refrigerators (no dishwasher), kitchen towels and detergent; matched plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, and silverware for 12; numerous "miss-matched" plates, bowls, glasses, silverware. Numerous serving bowls and mixing bowls glass, plastic, metal; pots, pans, skillets, baking sheets, stock pot, ice bucket, serving utensils, cork screw, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, bottle opener
